Circle Royale is a free-to-play social casino game for entertainment only. All coins are virtual with no real-world value. No real money is wagered. No prizes, cash, or anything of monetary value can be won or redeemed.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Circle Royale ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Digital Dreams Apps ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Circle Royale
- You must provide accurate date of birth information at the age verification screen
- The App may not be available in all regions; you are responsible for ensuring use is permitted in your jurisdiction
- By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements
3. PLAY-MONEY NATURE OF THE APP
- All in-game currency ("Coins") is virtual and has no real-world monetary value
- Coins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or converted to real money or any other item of value
- Winning or losing Coins does not represent winning or losing real money
- The App is not a gambling service and does not constitute gambling under applicable law
- Past performance in the game does not indicate or guarantee future results
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
- You may purchase additional virtual Coins using real money through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform's own refund policy
- Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google — we do not store your payment information
- We reserve the right to change coin package pricing at any time
- A first-purchase bonus (double coins, one time) is applied automatically to your first completed purchase
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the App if you are under 18 years of age
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bugs
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Transmit via camera or voice any content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, hateful, or violates any third party's rights
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6. CAMERA AND LIVE VIDEO
- Camera use is entirely optional — you may play all games without enabling your camera
- By enabling your camera you consent to your video being visible to other players at your table
- You must not use the camera to transmit illegal, obscene, or harmful content
- We may use automated moderation and human review to enforce camera content rules
- Camera bans may be applied to accounts that violate camera conduct rules
7. RESPONSIBLE PLAY
We are committed to responsible play. Tools available to all users:
- Daily purchase limits (user-set; we prompt at $20/day by default)
- Session reality checks every 60 minutes
- Take a break (1, 7, or 30 days)
- Permanent self-exclusion

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the App — including graphics, game logic, music, sound effects, and text — is owned by or licensed to Digital Dreams Apps. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our written permission.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Dreams Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Because all currency is virtual and has no monetary value, we shall not be liable for any loss of virtual Coins due to technical issues, account termination, or service discontinuation.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@circleroyale.com. Upon termination, all virtual Coins are forfeited as they have no real-world value.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class action.
